About

The Center for Alternative Perspectives on International Relations (CAPIR) was set up by the founders of Bisconia, and is dedicated to encouraging and promoting alternative thinking in the field of International Relations (IR).

 

As a Think Tank and a publishing house affiliated to Bisconia, CAPIR reaches out to various dimensions of influence in international and global politics and affairs in addition to Bisconia’s broad and reflective coverage in video form. Scholarly publications add foundational layers to Bisconia’s academic strength.
